In prime season between Memorial Day and Labor day our weekly rental is Saturday to Saturday. We offer flexible stays in the off season.
*Please note*: WE DO NOT provide sheets or towels but we do have plenty of blankets and pillows for each bed. We also have beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys and a beach wagon available for your use (as well as a pack n play & high chair for your little one)! We can provide sheet rentals for a fee.

A truly luxurious coastal retreat located in the exclusive Villas at Beach Cove between the hearts of Dewey Beach and Bethany Beach, this is beach living at its finest. A true 5 bedroom + 3.5 bath, 4 level townhome with over 2700 square feet of beautifully furnished living space. Home offers spectacular views of the bay and is just a short 5 min stroll to the beach. This home features free high-speed wi-fi, 7 decks, and 2 carports exclusively for use by guests. Relax in the large great room on the upper level as well as a second living area / kids play room on the 2nd level. Room to sleep 10-12 people. Located in the exclusive Villas of Beach Cove community which includes a private community pool, a 100 ft fishing and crabbing pier, and is only 270 yards from the beach. Walk to Matts Fish Camp, check out Big Chill Cantina on the beach and Hammerheads on the Bay for fabulous sunsets.
Location, location, location - 1 mile from the Indian River Inlet for fishing and surfing that can’t be beat, 10 minute drive to Rehoboth Beach Restaurants, Boardwalk, Funland for the kids & Shopping Outlets and 5 minute drive to both Dewey Beach and the Town of Bethany.
